After over a decade of serving the rural areas of North Yorkshire and beyond, we are handing over the reins to Quickline Communications who will be continuing our service. Quickline intend to invest heavily in network capacity and reliability starting immediately, thus securing the future of the CLANNET network and its broadband service. You can read more about these upcoming changes in our blog, for all enquiries please contact Quickline directly.
The handover to Quickline is almost complete, we have published our final blog post as our time at the helm comes to an end.
If you haven’t yet done so, please cancel your old CLANNET standing order and setup a new direct debit to Quickline using the link opposite. If you aren’t sure what to do, or haven’t yet received a welcome email from Quickline, please contact their accounts team for assistance. If you have made a duplicate payment during the transition, this will be transferred from CLANNET to Quickline as credit on your account and applied to a future invoice. Please note that when the credit is applied you will still receive an invoice, but the money will not be collected by your direct debit.
Our networks provide broadband internet access using wireless technologies in areas where traditional methods have failed. We focus our efforts on areas that have very poor to non-existent connectivity, so-called notspots or slowspots. If you would like to know more about the story of CLANNET, please have a read of our About page.
